  INNOVATIVE WORK  An innovative work can be defined as a new idea, device or method. It is something original and more effective as a consequence new that "breaks into" the pupil.  As a part of our B.Ed Curriculum, we have to do an innovative work. It is the most effective and efficient work that promotes the student teachers to make the teaching leading resources to directly enter into the heart and brain of the students.  I opted a model based on the chapter "From Magadha to Thaneshwar" , which was a chapter from 8th standard. I prepared a scrap book to make the students familiarise the concepts. 

  TEACHING PRACTICE  - WEEKLY REFLECTION DATE: 17/01/2022 - 20/01/2022 This is the last week of my teaching practice. The school life ends with a lot of unforgettable memories. We all completed ten offline classes by this week and conducted Achievement test also. Greeshma, Beegam and Sreelekshmi were completed their Diagnostic test as well.       Thursday was our last day at School. When I went to school, I was really upset. Because it was the last day. I went to class and took the last offline class. Since it was the last day at school, the children did not pay any attention in the class. After the class, we gave sweets to the children and the teachers. The children gave me  very positive feedbacks. Their love made me cry. They gave us a lot of gifts from their heart. The invaluable gifts. The teachers also gave us a treat. Which was a great surprise for us.      I had a lot of experience with these three weeks of teaching practice. I chose this teaching profession with my desire. The

TEACHING PRACTICE- WEEKLY REFLECTION DATE: 10/01/2022 to 15/01/2022  The second week of my teaching practice started on Monday. This  week has gone through a lot of experiences. During these two  weeks I taught one lesson completely and more than half of the  second lesson. My class teacher Rekha Ma'am, came to see my  class on Monday. Suni teacher came to school on Tuesday to  observe Greeshma's class and Nadeem Sir came to school on  Thursday to watch Sreelekshmi and Beegam's class. At school, I  met Pathrose Sir, the former teacher at Anayara School. We had the good fortune to take a photo with the teachers at the school. The consideration and support that those teachers gave us was great. We did our other activities by this week. On Thursday, we took a class on "Stress Management".
