       TEACHING PRACTICE- WEEKLY REFLECTION


   DATE : 11/07/2022 to 15/07/2022


    The second week of my teaching practice started on Monday. I completed one lesson during these two weeks. The week has gone through a lot of experiences. Suni Ma'am came to school on Tuesday to observe Greeshma's class. She gave a good comment about her class. During this week I was able to bond with the children of all classes. I went for substitution in every class. We had discipline duty every day at noon. All of which we did very happily. 

             By this week I finished a chapter in history. I was able to teach students well. I taught using a lot of teaching materials and models. The students in my class were very attentive throughout the class. All activities were done. But some students still make noises and tried to disturb the entire class. But I have also succeeded in controlling and managing them. 

            All the children from fifth class to tenth, gave us a lot of care and love. Likewise there is a lot of change in the behavior of the teachers also. Compared to the first day , the teachers are now very close to us. 

             I feel so happy to feel the love of my students.

      Community Living Camp Report :  KELIKOTTU 2022 The Community Living Camp is a compulsory programme of  BEd. Curriculum. As  part of it, we the teacher trainees of BNV College of Teacher Education, Thiruvallam  have decided to  conduct a five-days Community Living Camp in our college from   21st February 2022 to 25th February 2022. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions we  decided to conduct a non- residential camp, and so that we had to exclude some  aspects of the camp. The camp was inaugurated by Smt. M. Ishwariamma, the  Chairperson of BNV Group.  Our camp was named as "KELIKOTTU 2022". The theme of the camp was  "Athijeevanathiloode Madangam Prakrithiyilekku".           TEACHING PRACTICE - WEEKLY REFLECTION                DATE: 08/08/2022 to 12/08/2022 The sixth week of my teaching practice started on Monday. This week went by so fast. It was a very special week, because we had a lot of experiences. Sheeja Ma'am came to school for Libi's third observation on Monday. Ma'am made good comments about her class.  On the same day, a special program, named "Satyameva Jayate" was organized in the school for the students of U.P section. The aim of the program was to expose the truth and lies in social media and give awareness to children. We also participated in that event.  Another program was held at the school on Thursday. It was the inauguration ceremony of various clubs in the school. The program was conducted in the auditorium.
