       TEACHING PRACTICE - WEEKLY REFLECTION

               The third week of my teaching practice started on Monday. I had a lot of experiences this week. Rekha ma'am, Sheeja ma'am and Nadeem Sir came to the school on Monday to observe our classes. Rekha ma'am gave good opinion about my class. She also told me some things that need to be improved. 

      We had exam duty this week as the students were having exams. As a teacher, the presence at the examination hall and observing the children was a different experience. 

     Lekshmi ma'am came to school on Wednesday to observe the classes at the higher secondary section. After observing the classes of Lekshmi chechi and Yadheena, teacher gave good opinions to them. 

     On Thursday July 21st, there was a special assembly in the school in connection with the Moon Day. The children performed various programs. The models of rockets and missiles were all made by the students on the special occasion. Then in the afternoon, we, conducted a quiz competition for the students. Vismaya, studying in class 10, won the first place in the competition. 








     All my classes went well throughout this week. I realized that children are more interested in studying geography than history. Although they are less interested in learning history, the students pay attention in my class, because I teach using various methods and strategies. 

     So this week ended well. I believe that it will be possible to take the class well in the coming days as well. Also pray for an opportunity to be a part of all the school activities.

      Community Living Camp Report :  KELIKOTTU 2022 The Community Living Camp is a compulsory programme of  BEd. Curriculum. As  part of it, we the teacher trainees of BNV College of Teacher Education, Thiruvallam  have decided to  conduct a five-days Community Living Camp in our college from   21st February 2022 to 25th February 2022. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions we  decided to conduct a non- residential camp, and so that we had to exclude some  aspects of the camp. The camp was inaugurated by Smt. M. Ishwariamma, the  Chairperson of BNV Group.  Our camp was named as "KELIKOTTU 2022". The theme of the camp was  "Athijeevanathiloode Madangam Prakrithiyilekku".           TEACHING PRACTICE - WEEKLY REFLECTION                DATE: 08/08/2022 to 12/08/2022 The sixth week of my teaching practice started on Monday. This week went by so fast. It was a very special week, because we had a lot of experiences. Sheeja Ma'am came to school for Libi's third observation on Monday. Ma'am made good comments about her class.  On the same day, a special program, named "Satyameva Jayate" was organized in the school for the students of U.P section. The aim of the program was to expose the truth and lies in social media and give awareness to children. We also participated in that event.  Another program was held at the school on Thursday. It was the inauguration ceremony of various clubs in the school. The program was conducted in the auditorium.
